LG X5 (2018) with 4500mAh Battery Silently Debuts in South Korea

LG has silently launched the 2018 model of its X5 (LM-X510K) smartphone in South Korea. The device is listed on the company official page, revealing all that are needed to be seen including its full specs sheet and pricing details. The phone is set to go on sale in South Korea through the network carriers dominating the region, SK Telecom, KT and LG U+, with the price set at KRW 3,63,000 (~$330).

Specwise, the X5 (2018) features a 5.5-inch 16:9 LCD display with a pixel resolution of 1280x720. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor with a clock speed of 1.5GHz, paired with 2GB of RAM and Mali-T860 GPU. There is a 32GB of inbuilt storage onboard with a MicroSD card slot provided to expand the limited storage up to 2TB.

At the rear of the smartphone is a 13-megapixel autofocus camera with a LED flash, while a 5-megapixel camera is pinned to the front for taking selfie.

The LG X5 (2018) runs Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box, and it comes equipped with a fingerprint sensor at the back for smart security. Connectivity presents are Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi, 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, NFC (supports LG Pay), and Micro-USB. The phone measures 154.7x78.1x8.9mm, weighs 171 grams, and is backed by a 4500mAh battery.
