Panasonic Eluga C

In it quest to make a more appealing device Panasonic has gone after Xiaomi to launch a cheaper Mi Mix lookalike called Eluga C. The phone has three side bezel-less design with a large bottom bezel, this accommodates a physical home key embedded with a fingerprint sensor on top.

A thin mesh opening at the top abode the earpiece but the top bezel is too thin for another hardware to fit in, so the front camera (8MP) and the common sensors (proximity and ambient light) has been moved to the all-welcoming bezel below the screen at the bottom right, just exactly as found on first and second generation Xiaomi's Mi Mix. This new design element substantially increase the screen-to-body ratio to an astounding 84.6%, something Panasonic has never been able to achieve until now.

At the rear, a dual camera arranged vertically occupied the upper part, the first camera featuring a 13MP sensor and the second a 5MP sensor, both having a slightly large f/2.2 aperture. A dual-LED flash sit besides these cameras for lighting.

The smartphone features a 5.5-inch HD (1280x720) IPS screen and it is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6750T processor running at a speed of 1.5GHz, paired with Mali-T860 MP2 GPU. It has a sufficient 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The storage can be expanded up to 128GB via a MicroSD card.

The phone runs on Android Nougat OS and offers various connectivity options such as Bluetooth, WiFi, 4G LTE, 3G and GPS. A 3000mAh battery fuelled the device.
