Intex on Friday launched Aqua Secure, its first smartphone to sports a fingerprint sensor. The company today however has again announced a new budget phone in India called Cloud Swing HD, also packing a fingerprint sensor at the back for smart security.

The device features a 5-inch IPS 2.5D curved display with HD (1280x720) resolution and pixel density of 294ppi. It is powered by a quad-core Spreadtrum SC9832A processor with a clock speed of 1.3GHz, clubbed with 1GB of RAM. It includes an 8GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB via MicroSD card.

The Cloud Swing HD runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box and supports dual-SIM with dual-Standby. In photography, it comes with an 8-megapixel autofocus camera with f/2.2 aperture, accompanied with twin-LED flash, and there is a 5-megapixel camera at the front as well. Connectivity options includes Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi with Hotspot, 4G LTE + VoLTE, 3G, 2G, and GPS. It is backed by a 2200mAh battery.

The Intex Cloud String HD costs Rs 5,599 ($83 USD). It is exclusively available on e-commerce site FlipKart in Black and White colour options.
