Intex has unveiled a new smartphone a day after launching Aqua Play in India. The new device named Aqua Young is listed on the company webpage with a price tag of Rs 5,090 ($78 USD), while availability details is not mentioned.

The Intex Aqua Young offers dual-SIM functionality and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. It features a 5-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels, protected by Corning Gorilla Glas, and packs a quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, alongside with 1GB of RAM and Mali 400 GPU.

The smartphone has an 8GB of internal storage which is further expandable via MicroSD card (up to 32GB). A 5-megapixel camera is placed at the rear, supported with LED flash, while it bears a VGA camera at the front. Connectivity options provided with Aqua Young includes Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi with Hotspot, 3G HSPA+, 2G, AGPS, FM radio and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 2500mAh battery, rated to deliver up to 250 hours of standby time.

The device will be available in White, Dark Grey and Champagne colors when it goes on sale
