Lava on Thursday added a new low-cost smartphone to its Iris Fuel series in India, Iris Fuel F1 Mini, priced at Rs 4,399 ($68 USD). The handset is listed on the company website along with its specifications while availability details is not disclose.

Specwise, the Lava Iris Fuel F1 Mini features a 4-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen display with WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) resolution. It support dual-SIM functionality and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box. Under the hood, the smartphone is driven by a 1GHz single-core processor (unspecified) backed with 512MB of RAM.

There's a 5-megapixel camera at the rear accompanied with LED flash, while it bears a secondary VGA camera at the front for video calling. The Iris Fuel F1 Mini comes with an 8GB of built-in storage that can be expanded via MicroSD card (up to 32GB) and offers Bluetooth, Wifi, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, FM radio and Micro-USB as connectivity options. It is backed by a 2,000mAh battery. Lava claims the battery can deliver up to 19 hours of talk time and 157 hours of standby time.
