Huawei To Dump Android, Build Its Own Operating System Kirin OS

Huawei may launch a new phone that runs its own operating system very soon according to a new leak that surface online. The firm is gearing up to launch its own mobile OS to use on its next smartphones.

The new OS named after their own chipset, Kirin, will be exclusively available for Huawei device only, thereby setting themself a bit outside Android atmosphere. What Kirin OS will have onboard to compete with other platforms is yet unknown as know details has appear more than the name.

Huawei may be following OnePlus lead, to dominate and have more control over its assets. Nothing is certain here as this is only a rumour but if it happens to be true, the uniqueness and creativity of the OS will determines the length of its success.
