iBall Slide Q40i 7-inch Android Tablet With USB OTG Launched At $80

The Chinese mobile phone maker iBall, has launched a new Android tablet in India, the Slide Q40i. The phone was listed on the firm webpage with a price tag of Rs 4,999 (Roughly $80 USD, #16,500 NGN) which makes it one of the cheapest tablet available in market.

The iBall Slide Q40i doesn't offers voice calling functionality and only support Wifi. It features a 7-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1024*600 pixels and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. It is powered by a quad-core processor (probably MediaTek) with a clock speed of 1.3GHz coupled with 512MB of RAM.

The tablet houses a 2-megapixel camera with LED flash at the rear while there is also a 2-megapixel at the front. It comes with an 8GB of built-in storage which can be expanded up to 32GB via MicroSD card and offers Wifi, FM radio, USB, and OTG.

The Slide Q40i is powered by a 2500mAh battery. It will be available in all retailer outlets in coming days.
