iBall Cobalt Oomph 4.7D Unveils With 5MP Front Camera And Metallic Body


Following the official launch of Slide Brace X1 at Rs 17,999 ($290 USD) on Monday, iBall has again added a new budget to its Cobalt series, the Cobalt Oomph 4.7D. The smartphone is yet to be announce by the firm but its already been listed on e-commerce website at Rs 7,999 ($128 USD).

The Cobalt Oomph 4.7D support dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) and runs Android 4.4 KitKat OS which is upgradeable to Android 5.0 Lollipop. It sports a metallic body and features a 4.7-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels touting a pixel density of 312ppi.

Under the hood, the smartphone is driven by a quad-core Cortex A7 processor with a clock speed of 1.3GHz, topped with 1GB of RAM. It houses an 8-megapixel autofocus camera at the rear and a 5-megapixel camera at the front. The iBall Cobalt Oomph 4.7D packs an 8GB storage that can be further expanded up to 32GB via MicroSD and offers Wifi, Bluetooth 4.0, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, GPS, and Micro-USB as connectivity options. It is fuelled by a 1850mAh battery.
