Celkon Launches Low Cost Win 400 With Snapdragon Processor And Windows Phone 8.1

Celkon has launched a new low-cost Windows Phone powered smartphone in India, the Win 400. The phone is available for purchase on third-party retail stores online at Rs 4,999 (Roughly $81 USD, NGN 14,000 Nigerian Nairas) while it is yet to be officially announce by the firm. Notably, the Win 400 is the first smartphone launched by Celkon to run Windows Phone 8.1 OS.

Celkon Win 400 Specifications

The Win 400 supports dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) functionality and 3G, it features a 4-inch IPS display with a resolution of 480x800 pixels and packs a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (MSM8212) processor, clocked at 1.3GHz along with 512MB of RAM.

The smartphone touts a 5-megapixel rear shooter with LED flash and a 1.3-megapixel front camera. It comes with 4GB of  internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card. On the connectivity front, the Celkon Win 400 supports Bluetooth, WiFi, GPRS/EDGE, GPS and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 1500mAh battery.

Smartphones launched by the firm so far in November are Millennia Q550 and Campus Whizz Q42, both runs Android 4.4 KitKat.
