The Chinese phone maker IBall has unveiled a new low cost Android smartphone, the Andi4-B2 IPS. The mobile is listed on the firm website at Rs 6,299 (approx $103, NGN 16,500) without availability details.


The Andi4-B2 IPS features a 4-inch display with a resolution of 480x800 pixels. It support dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) connectivity and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box. The device is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core (unknown chipset) processor, slammed with 1GB of RAM. There is 4GB built-in storage onboard which is expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card.

On the rear is a 3.2-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash, and it also houses a VGA front camera. On the connectivity front, the iBall Andi4-B2 IPS offers Bluetooth, Wifi, 3G, GPS and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 1,400mAh Li-ion battery.
