Xolo Q900s With Android 4.4 KitKat Features, Price And Specifications


Xolo Q900s Android Smartphone

The Chinese phone maker Xolo, has launched a new budget smartphone under it Q-series, the Q900s. The smartphone is currently listed on the company's website and its priced at Rs 9,999 (approx $167), availability details of the device has not been announced.

The Xolo Q900s features a 4.7-inch IPS display with a screen resolution of 540x960 pixels and 234ppi pixel density, it offers dual SIM functionality and runs Android 4.3 Jelly bean out-of-the-box. Xolo claims that the device is upgradable to Android 4.4 KitKat via OTA.

The new Q900s is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, coupled with 1GB of RAM. It comes with 8GB of built-in storage which is expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card.

The device sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and 2-megapixel front facing camera. It offers Bluetooth, WiFi, 3G, GPS and Micro-USB as connectivity options, and backed by 1800mAh Li-ion battery, rated to deliver up to 236 hours of standby time.

Earlier this week, Xolo launched the A700s, which runs Android 4.4 KitKat and powered by quad core processor.
