Intex Technologies has introduced a new entry-level smartphone called ELYT e6. The company today pulled the wraps off the new device which is primarily targeted at Indian customers. It comes with a price label of Rs 6,999 (US$105) and will be available exclusively on FlipKart from Friday December 15th.

The ELYT e6 is a 4G VoLTE phone that runs Android 7.0 Nougat OS out-of-the-box. It features a 5.0-inch IPS 2.5D curved glass display with HD (1280x720) resolution, protected by Asahi Dragon Trail Glass. A quad-core MediaTek MT6737V clocked at 1.25GHz powered it on inside, clubbed with 3GB of RAM and Mali-T720 GPU.

There is a 32GB of storage inside with supports of up to 128GB of additional storage via an external MicroSD card slot provided. In optics, the dual-SIM enabled ELYT e6 sports a rear-facing 13-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash, while an 8-megapixel selfie camera resides at the front, also accompanied with a LED flash.

Apart from 4G VoLTE, other connectivity included with the device are Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, 3G, 2G, GPS, FM radio, and Micro-USB. It is backed by a hefty 4000mAh battery.
