LG G Pad F2 8.0

LG has silently introduced a cost friendly entry-level tablet in the United States exclusively on Sprint. Dubbed G Pad F2 8.0, the device features an 8-inch WXGA (1280x800) touchscreen display with 16:10 aspect ratio and is driven by an octa-core MediaTek MT6750 chipset clocked at 1.5GHz, paired with 2GB of RAM and Mali-T860 GPU.

There is a 16GB of storage inside with an option to expand it up to 2TB via a MicroSD card slot provided. At the rear is a 5-megapixel autofocus camera with 1080p video recording capability, while another 5-megapixel camera is pinned to the front above the display. Features provided alongside with the cameras includes Gesture Shot, Auto Shot, Burst Shot, Cheese Shutter, and Live Shot.

The tablet runs Android 7.1 Nougat OS and offers Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, 4G LTE, GPS, and a full-size USB port as connectivity options. It houses two stereo speakers for entertainment while a 3,000mAh battery turn it on. An optional extended battery with 4400mAh capacity is also made available separately, which can be attached to the module at the back, giving a total of 7,400mAh.

The LG G Pad F2 8.0 can be purchase on Sprint for US$149.99 off-contract and on a monthly plan as well.
