Spice V801

Spice has launched a new device in India, a smartphone with entry-level specs called V801. The phone has a 5-inch 2.5D curved display with HD resolution of 1280x720 pixel. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6737 64-bit quad-core processor with 1.25GHz clock speed, coupled with 3GB of RAM, Mali-T720 GPU, and 16GB of expandable storage (up to 32GB via MicroSD card).

Its software's are govern by Android 7.0 Nougat OS and there are dual SIM slots onboard that can accommodates and allow two SIM cards to function simultaneously, with supports of 4G VoLTE. The V801 has a multifunctional fingerprint sensor on the back that allows users to unlock the phone within 0.01s; register up to five different fingerprints and assign each fingerprint to launch certain app when double-tapped on the sensor, and to lock files and folders for more privacy.

In optics, it sports an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash, while an 8-megapixel selfie camera is pinned to the front, also accompanied by a LED flash. Connectivity options provided with the V801 smartphone apart from the aforementioned 4G VoLTE feature are Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, 3G, 2G, GPS, and FM radio. It is turned on by a 2800mAh battery.

The phone is available at a price of Rs 7,999 ($120) in India.
