Redmi Note 4

Five months after its initial launch in China, Xiaomi has officially announced Redmi Note 4 in India at an event organized by the firm today. The phone is clad in a curved metal body that is 8.35mm thick and weighs 175 grams. It features a 5.5-inch full-HD display; sports 13MP and 5MP cameras, and is backed by a huge 4000mAh battery. However, there are some few changes in specs when compare with the one released in China.

First of all, the Redmi Note 4 launched in India today packs an octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor while the Chinese model was powered by a more powerful deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 processor, a huge downgrade we think. To compensate for this "little" lost, Xiaomi is offering up to 4GB of RAM for Indian users. It is to be noted that the Chinese model only comes with up to 3GB of RAM.

Besides these changes all other specs remains the same.
