Xolo Era X

Xolo has made a new addition to its Era smartphone series with 4G LTE in India named Era X. The device is priced at Rs 5,777 ($84 USD) and is available for purchase on Amazon India.

Specwise, the Xolo Era X features a 5-inch IPS display with HD (1280x720 pixels) resolution and 294ppi pixel density, protected on the surface by Corning Gorilla Glass. Diving in, it is driven by a quad-core Spreadtrum SC9830A processor clocked at 1.5GHz, paired with 2GB of DDR3 RAM and Mali 400 MP2 GPU. It comes equipped with an 8GB of built-in storage that can be further expanded up to 32GB via MicroSD card.

The Era X offers dual-SIM functionality and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box, which Intex claims is upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Sitting at the back is an 8-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash, while a 5-megapixel camera is placed at the front. Connectivity options included besides 4G LTE are Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi with Hotspot, 3G HSPA+, GPRS/EDGE, GPS, FM radio and Micro-USB.

The device measures 145.5 x 72 x 8.45 mm and weight 142 grams. It is powered by a 2,500mAh battery. Box speakers is also included in the package.
