Lava Iris X10

A new Lava smartphone, Iris X10, has been listed on a third-party online store without pricing details. While the device is yet to be announce by the company, we may expect its launching in few days time.

As per the listing, the Lava Iris X10 features a 5-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280 x 728 pixels, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It support dual SIM and runs Star OS based on Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. Diving in, it is driven by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor (unspecified) coupled with 3GB of RAM.

The smartphone houses a 16GB of built-in storage which is expandable via MicroSD card. At the rear, it packs a 13-megapixel camera accompanied with twin-LED flash, while a 5-megapixel camera is placed at the front. The Iris X10 offers 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi, 3G, 2G, GPS, and FM radio as connectivity options. It is fuelled by a 2900mAh battery.

Lava has officially announced Iris X10 in India as expected. It is priced at Rs 11,500 ($176 USD) and will be available in both online and offline stores. Notably, the iris X10 is upgradeable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
