Lava Iris Atom 2X

Lava has added a new entry-level smartphone to Iris baggage in India, Iris Atom 2X, priced at Rs 4,499 ($69 USD). The device will be available in White and Black colors starting today November 23 in online and offline retailers stores across the region.

Specwise, the Lava Iris Atom 2X offers dual SIM functionality and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. It features a 4.5-inch IPS display with FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) resolution, and packs a 1.3GHz quad-core processor (not specified) slammed with 1GB of RAM. It houses an 8GB of built-in storage, which is further expandable via MicroSD card (up to 32GB).

The Iris Atom 2X comes equipped with a 5-megapixel camera at the rear, accompanied with LED flash, while it harbours a 0.3-megapixel camera at the front for video calling. Connectivity options onboard includes Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, GPS, and Micro-USB. It measures 134 x 66 x 9.15mm and weight 132 grams. A 2000mAh battery turn it on.
