iBall Slide Brace X1 Mini

iBall has launched Brace X1 Mini, its latest voice-calling Android tablet in India. It is priced at Rs 12,999 ($199 USD) and will be available in coming days at top retailers stores across the region.


The iBall Slide Brace X1 Mini is a smaller variant and successor of Slide Brace X1 that was launched in February this year. It features an 8-inch IPS touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels, and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. The device is driven by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor (unspecified) slammed with 1GB of RAM.

A 16GB storage reside inside, which can be further expanded via MicroSD card (up to 32GB). The Slide Brace X1 Mini has two SIM slots, both of which support 3G. An 8-megapixel autofocus camera is equipped at the rear while it packs a 5-megapixel selfie camera at the front. Other connectivity options included besides 3G are Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi, GPRS/EDGE, GPS, FM radio and Micro-USB with OTG functionality. A 5,200mAh battery turn it on.
