Lenovo A6000 Plus, A6000 Now Receiving Android 5.0 Lollipop Update

Lenovo A6000 Plus side-rear

Lenovo A6000 and A6000 Plus users will starts receiving Android 5.0 Lollipop update this month as listed on the firm support page. The A6000 and A6000 Plus both runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box when they were launched unlike A7000.

The new update which will be available via OTA (over-the-air) will brings various enhancements and features along, these includes Material Design, new wallpapers, icons and themes, responsive UI, new Quick Settings, improved notifications, better security and more. To receive the update, users will need to enable auto update or manually check under Settings.

Lenovo A6000 Plus users in India has already started receiving the update (via) which is 1.09GB in size. Other regions are expected to follows.
