Intex Aqua Q1 Plus

Intex has announced Aqua Q1+, its latest entry-level smartphone in India. The phone comes with a price tag of Rs 4,590 ($72 USD) and its already available on popular stores across the region.

The Intex Aqua Q1+ is an upgraded variant and successor of Aqua Q1 that was launched along with Aqua 4.5E in January this year. It features a 4-inch IPS display with a resolution of 480x854 pixels and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box. The device is powered by a quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731 processor with a clock speed of 1.2GHz slammed with 512MB of RAM.

At the rear, it houses a 5-megapixel autofocus camera accompanied with twin-LED flash while it sports a 1.3-megapixel camera at the front. The dual-SIM enabled Aqua Q1+ includes an 8GB of built-in storage which can be expanded via MicroSD card (up to 32GB). Connectivity options included are 3G (HSPA+), Bluetooth, Wifi with Hotspot, GPRS/EDGE, GPS, FM radio, and Micro-USB. It is fuelled by a 1600mAh battery.
