Spice Adds Xlife 406 To Its Low-Cost Smartphone Segment, Priced At $60

Having launched four low-cost smartphones to its newly created Xlife series last month, Spice today has further expanded its Xlife portfolio with a new cheap Android phone named Xlife 406. The device is listed on the firm website with a price tag of Rs 3,799 ($60 USD) while availability is not mentioned.

Much like previous version, the Xlife 406 support dual-SIM functionality and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box. It features a 4-inch IPS display with a resolution of 480x800 pixels, flaunting a pixel density of 233ppi. Under the hood, the smartphone is driven by a 1GHz single-core processor topped with 512MB of RAM.

It houses a 3.2-megapixel camera at the rear with LED flash while a secondary 1.3-megapixel camera is placed at the front. The Spice Xlife 406 packs a 4GB of built-in storage that is expandable via MicroSD card (up to 32GB) and offers Bluetooth, Wifi, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, GPS, FM radio, and Micro-USB as connectivity options. It is powered by a 1450mAh battery.

The Xlife 406 comes in Black and White color variants.
