Intex Aqua Xtreme II

Aqua Xtreme II, Intex new budget smartphone has been launched in India. The device is priced at Rs 9,590 ($150 USD) and will be available in White, Silver, Champagne, and Black color variants.

The Intex Aqua Xtreme II is a successor of Aqua Xtreme that was launched last year which in turn is a predecessor of Aqua Xtreme V debuted in March. It features a 5-inch IPS touchscreen display with a HD (1280 x 720 pixels) resolution and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box.

The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6592M processor clocked at 1.4GHz alongside with 2GB of RAM. It includes a 16GB of built-in storage which is further expandable via MicroSD card (up to 32GB).

At the rear, the Aqua Xtreme II harbours a 13-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash while it packs a secondary 5-megapixel camera at the front. Connectivity options included are 3G (HSPA+), Wifi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPRS/EDGE, GPS/A-GPS, Micro-USB, and FM radio. It is fuelled by a 2000mAh battery.
