Huawei G Play Mini

Huawei on Thursday launched a new smartphone in Italy named as G Play Mini. The phone is currently on sale with a price tag of €229 ($254), however, availability for international market is not known.

The G Play Mini sports identical specifications when compare with Honor 4C that was launched earlier this month but comes with a different design. It features a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box topped with the firm Emotion UI 3.0.

The smartphone is powered by an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 620 processor clocked at 1.2GHz alongside with 2GB of RAM and packs an 8GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 64GB via MicroSD card. The Huawei G Play Mini houses a 13-megapixel camera with autofocus, LED flash at the rear while it harbours a 5-megapixel selfie-enabled camera at the front.

Connectivity options included are Bluetooth, Wifi, 3G, 2G, GPS/A-GPS, and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 2550mAh battery.
