Xolo Q1001

Xolo has launched a new budget smartphone in India, the Q1001. The phone is priced at Rs 6,199 ($100 USD) and will be available in coming days.

The Xolo Q1001 support dual-SIM and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. It features a 5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 854x480 pixels and packs a quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor with a clock speed of 1.3GHz coupled with 512MB of RAM.

It comes with a 4GB internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card. There is a 5-megapixel autofocus camera at the rear while it also sports a 0.3-megapixel camera at the front for video calling.

On the connectivity front, the Xolo Q1001 support Wifi, Bluetooth, 3G, 2G, GPS, FM radio, and Micro-USB. It is powered by a 2000mAh battery.

Last week, Xolo launched Q600 Club with DTS audio system and box speakers at Rs 6,499 ($104 USD) in India. The phone is available on third-party ecommerce website.
