HP Spectre x360

HP showed up at MWC on Monday with a new 2-in-1 convertible Laptop/Tablet hybrid device, the Spectre x360. Its gorgeous premium body is made of polished aluminium and it also sports metal on its sides. The laptop can be easily switch between tablet/pc mode while still maintaining its slim profile, thanks to its special gear hinged design which also allows up to 360-degree rotation making it easy to use at any position.

The HP Spectre x360 comes in three different configurations with different price which users can select base on their pocket; 13-inch full-HD (1920×1080 pixels) touchscreen with Intel Core i5 processor, 4GB RAM and 128SSD storage version is priced at $899.99 USD (#180,000 NGN); 13-inch full-HD touchscreen display with Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM and 256SSD version at $1,149.99 USD (#230,000 NGN), and 13-inch Quad-HD (2560×1440 pixels) touchscreen with Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD version at $1399.99 USD (#280,000 NGN).

It is pre-loaded with four different modes, Work mode, Tent mode, Stand mode, and Tablet mode. These allow users to easily switch the notebook profile base on their current environment or the activity they are likely to involve in such as Work mode for office, Stand mode for entertainment e.t.c. The HP Spectre x360 display is enhanced with HP Panel Self Refresh (PSR) technology that keeps images on the screen alive when part of the PC is shutdown, not in use or in standby mode, thereby reducing power consumption. Connectivity options provided are Wifi 802.11 a/b/n/ac, Bluetooth, HDMI port, 3x USB 3.0 ports, MiniDisplay Port, and SD card slot.

Battery onboard can last up to 12.5 hours in normal use as claimed by the firm. The Spectre x360 can be purchase on HP online store
