Xolo has launched a new budget smartphone in India, the Win Q1000. The device is listed on the firm page with a price tag of Rs 8,499 ($136 USD) while availability is yet to be announce. But we expect it to start shipping in coming days

The Xolo Win Q1000 as the name suggest runs Windows Phone 8.1 out-of-the-box which makes it the second smartphone launched by the firm after Win Q900s to runs Windows Phone OS. It features a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) OGS IPS display and offers dual-SIM functionality.

The device is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor with a clock speed of 1.2GHz coupled with 1GB of RAM and Adreno 302 GPU. There's a an 8-megapixel autofocus camera with PureCel sensor and LED flash at the rear while it is also equipped with a 2-megapixel front camera.

On the connectivity front, the Xolo Win Q1000 support Bluetooth, Wifi, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, GPS/A-GPS, and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 2200mAh battery.
