The Canadian company Blackberry, has announced on Friday a new major update for all Blackberry 10 devices. The new upgrade with version 10.3.1 will start rolling-out from today and users will be notify via Blackberry Hub as it arrives on their phone. Also, users who has already turned on Auto Software Download will be alert of the downloading progress.

Blackberry phones supported are Z30, Z10, Q10, Q5, Z5, Z3, Classic, Passport, and the recently launched Porsche P'9983. The new updates brings lots of improvements and functions as well as increasing battery life up to 15% as claimed by the firm.

What's New In Blackberry OS 10.3.1 Software Version?

1.) The Blackberry OS 10 version 10.3.1 now includes Amazon App store where users can download Android games and applications with Blackberry Store still onboard for Blackberry apps, making it 2-in-1.

2.) Accessing certain areas and settings are now easy with the newly introduced Keyboard shortcut. For instance, Pressing "N" button launches Blackberry Messenger and "A" opens Address book. Keyboard shortcut can be turn on/off from settings depending on user preference.

3.) Synchronizing is now made easy with Blackberry Blend which let users access their contacts, messages, calendar, personal files and documents from any devices be it Windows PC, Macbook, Android, iOS, and other platforms. Not cloud base, and no transfer via wires which makes it a mystery.

4.) Blackberry Assistant is there to handle all your requests via voice. With just a voice command you can respond your emails and get some tasks done without flickering and navigating around.

5.) The latest Blackberry OS 10 version 10.3.1 brings an improvement in camera with new settings and options to help you get the clearest shot you can never imagine. It also allows you to record video and capture picture at the same time.

6.) Blackberry Calendar now includes an option that automatically set your phone to quiet mode during meeting and turns it back on after the meeting is over.

7.) Blackberry Hub which has earn appraisal from people now gets better with the new update. Users can now arrange and manage their inbox setup without fliping around Emails, Messenger, SMS, and Calendar invite. Meaning, you get it all done and well arrange as you want from one place.
