3.) Karbonn Titanium Wind W4: It was launched in September last year and comes with a price tag of $100 USD. The Titanium Wind W4 is the first Windows Phone 8.1 running smartphone launched by Karbonn and it features almost identical specifications when compare with Celkon Win 400 which include 4-inch WVGA display, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage, and 5-megapixel rear camera. The device is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor and offers dual-SIM functionality with 3G.

4.) Microsoft Lumia 532: The Lumia 532 was launched in January along with Lumia 435 which is in second position on the list. The phone is priced at approximately $100 USD and its specifications is identical with Lumia 435 besides the first touting a 2-megapixel rear camera while the later comes with a 5-megapixel rear camera. The Canvas Win W092 sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front camera. Other specifications include dual-SIM, 8GB storage, and 1500mAh battery.
