Oppo U3 With 64-bit Octa Core Processor And 4G LTE Officially Unveiled

The popularly known Chinese phone maker Oppo, has unveiled a new budget smartphone in China dubbed as U3. However, pricing and availability are to yet to be announced.

The Oppo U3 support dual-SIM and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box overlayed with the firm custom ColourOS UI. It features a 5.9-inch display with a resolution of 1080x1920 pixels and packs a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor, clocked at 1.7GHz along with 2GB of RAM.

The smartphone comes with 16GB of built-in storage which is expandable up to 128GB via MicroSD card. It sports a 13-megapixel rear snapper with Sony IMX124 sensor and LED flash while it also houses a 5-megapixel front camera for selfie shot.

On the connectivity front, the Oppo U3 support 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wifi, 3G, GPS/A-GPS, GPRS/EDGE and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 3000mAh battery.

Last week, Oppo launched Mirror 3. The phone runs Android 4.4 KitKat and features 4.7-inch display, 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage, 8MP rear camera, and 5MP front camera.
