Oppo, the chinese firm well known for their photocentric budget smartphones has added a new masterpiece to its collections dubbed as R1C. We spotted this phone last year when it was passing through TENAA for certification and we immediately fell in love with it, its smooth premium metal and glass body entice us but the phone is now up for grab at CN¥ 2,499 ($400 USD, #73,000 NGN) and can be purchase via the firm online store. Availability for global market is not yet known.

Oppo R1C Full Specifications

The Oppo R1C features a 5-inch IPS display with a HD resolution of 720x1280 pixels and Sapphire glass protection. It support dual-SIM functionality and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. Under the hood, the smartphone is driven by a 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.6GHz along with 2GB of RAM.

There's 16GB built-in storage onboard which can be further expanded up to 128GB via MicroSD card. The Oppo R1C touts a 13-megapixel rear snapper with Sony IMX214 sensor and LED flash while it also houses a 5-megapixel front camera. Connectivity options included are 4G LTE, Wifi, Bluetooth, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, GPS/A-GPS and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 2420mAh battery.
