Lava Iris 350 With 3G

The Chinese phone maker Lava, has launched a new low cost Android smartphone under its "Iris" series, the Iris 350. The phone is listed on the firm website and comes with a price tag of Rs 3,499 (approximately $60 USD, #5,500 NGN). Availability is yet to be announced.

According to the listing, the Iris 350 features 3.5-inch TFT display with a resolution of 320x480 pixels. It support dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) functionality and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. The smartphone is powered by a 1GHz processor (unspecified) topped with 256MB of RAM.

It comes with a 512MB of internal storage that is expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card and offers 3G, Bluetooth, Wifi, A-GPS, GPRS/EDGE and Micro-USB as connectivity options. The Lava Iris 350 packs a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front camera for video calling. The device is backed by a 1400mAh battery which can render up to 12 hours of talk time and 244 hours of standby time (2G).
