Samsung Galaxy S5 Now Receiving Android 5.0 Lollipop Update

Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900F

As many devices has started receiving Android 5.0 Lollipop updates, Samsung Galaxy S5 seems to have join the queue this week. The Galaxy S5 with model number SM-G900F which mainly belongs to European countries has started receiving Android 5.0 Lollipop updates while the roll out is yet to reach other models.

The new Android 5.0 version number G900FXXU1BNL2 with LRX21P build brings more functionality though it still retain the formal interface dominated by the firm TouchWiz UI.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 features a 5.1-inch full-HD Super AMOLED display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and packs a 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8974AC processor coupled with Adreno 330 GPU and 2GB of RAM.

Other specifications include 16GB/32GB built-in storage, 16-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front camera.
