Blackberry Classic Officially Announce, Goes On Pre-Order At $499

It hasn't been long when the canadian phone maker Blackberry, launched two ground shaking smartphones, the Passport and Porsche Design P'9983, which put the firm back on the track and retrieve their earlier glory. However, the firm seems determine to make a make a huge turn-around before the year is over and are ready to drop their last suprise. The Classic as it was named has been one of the most looking-forward smartphone that people can't wait to lay their hands on, classic in look with QWERTY keyboard that is un-resistable.

After many rumours and leaked photos, the firm on Friday has finally announced that the smartphone can now be pre-order prior to its December launch at $499 (Roughly NGN 85,000 Nigerian Nairas), though the firm is yet to reveal its specifications. The announcement was made on the company blog post. The firm listing as said earlier doesn't reveal its specifications, but here's what to expect.

The Blackberry Classic will features a 3.46-inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of 720x720 pixels. It will run latest Blackberry OS 10.3.1 version with support for installing Android apps and 4G LTE. The smartphone will be powered by 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus (MSM8960) processor, slammed with 2GB of RAM.

The Classic will comes with 16GB built-in storage that is expandable up to 128GB via MicroSD card and sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while there will also be a 2-megapixel front camera onboard. It'll be backed by a 2,515mAh battery.
