Android 5.0 Lollipop Update To Hit LG G3 Smartphones This Week, Poland First

Something awesome is coming to G3 users this week, LG on Sunday made an announcement that they will be rolling out Android 5.0 Lollipop update for G3 smartphone starting from this week. The update is expected to first take off in Poland follow by other regions.

G3 users in Poland might get to feel and experience Android Lollipop before Friday, the firm didn't gave the specific timeline at which the update reach other regions.

During the announcement, Dr. Jong-seok Park, president and CEO of the LG Mobile said "LG is absolutely committed to giving our customers the best mobile experiences available and bringing Android Lollipop to G3 owners as soon as possible is a top priority."

As of now, only two devices are known to be running Android 5.0 OS, the Nexus 6 and Nexus 9, both was launched by Google last month.
