Microsoft Fitness Tracking Band

The giant tech company Microsoft, has officially launched its first fitness tracking band at an event on Thursday. The band is available in US at a price of $199 (Roughly NGN 33,000) while availability in other regions is not yet announced.

The tracking band features a 1.4-inch TFT touchscreen display and packs ten sensors for day-to-day activities. Sensors onboard includes heart rate monitor, proximity and gyroscope. GPS is not left behind for tracking and its battery should be able to last for two days on normal usage.

Along with the fitness band, the firm also launched its health tracking service that will work along with other tracking service like MyFitnessPal, Jawbone, Runkeeper e.t.c
