Xolo Set To Launch Q2100 With KitKat And Fingerprint Scanner

Xolo is on the edge of launching a new smartphone, the Q2100. According to NDTV, the phone will comes with fingerprint scanner and IR (Infra-red) port. If this are true, the Q2100 will be the first smartphone launch by the firm to comes with a fingerprint scanner.

The KitKat-based Q2100 features a 5-inch IPS display with a HD resolution of 720*1280 pixels, its screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

The dual-SIM enabled smartphone is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor with a clock speed of 1.3GHz, slammed with 1GB of RAM. It comes with 8GB internal storage with external storage support.

On its rear side is an 8-megapixel autofocus camera with twin LED flash, and it also spots a 2-megapixel front camera. On the connectivity front, the Xolo Q2100 features Wifi, Bluetooth, 3G, GPS, OTG, Micro-USB, and FM radio.

In July, Xolo launched its first Windows Phone 8.1 running smartphone in India, the Win Q900s.
