Samsung Galaxy Note Edge

Samsung seems to have push the limit further in mobile tech with its new edge-display in Galaxy Note Edge. We didn't see this coming and honestly it took us by surprise, the scope beyond tech is pushed further by the Firm latest release. You might be wondering what are we trying to say, well the scope lies in a screen that folds over the edge to offer a side angle display (check the image above).

The edge display offers alot of cool features which include notifications strip from social apps and like Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo and many more. The edge screen can also be used as controls while playing media. Though the company is yet to announced availability and pricing details.

The Galaxy Note Edge features a 5.6-inch Super AMOLED display with a Quad-HD resolution of 2560x1440 pixels and 515ppi pixel density, while the edge screen sports a 160ppi. The smartphone comes with a S Pen that offers 2,048 pressure points for best accuracy and point sensitivity.

It is powered by a 2.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, coupled with 4GB of RAM. There's 32GB built-in storage onboard, and the device also houses a heart rate sensor and fingerprint scanner.

At the rear is a 16-megapixel OIS snapper, while there is a 3.2-megapixel f/1.9 camera at the front for selfie shot. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi, 3G, NFC, GPS/A-GPS, GLONASS, and Micro-USB port. It packs a 3,220mAh battery which the company says can be charge up to 50 percent withing 30mins with the rapid charger that comes with it.
