A new G Vista brotherhood is here, though in disguise but we do recognise it. After LG launched the G3 Stylus on Tuesday, the company has again move ahead in launching a new mid-budget smartphone, the Gx2. The phone is exclusively launch for Asian markets and will be available starting from September 18, while pricing details has not been reveal. When compare with the G Vista which was exclusively launched on the US network carrier Verizon earlier this month, both smartphone share the same specs though they didn't look much alike.

The new LG Gx2 features a 5.7-inch IPS LCD display with a HD resolution of 720x1280 pixels, it run Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. Under its hood is a quad-core processor of unknown chipset clocked at 1.2GHz, alongside with 1.5GB of RAM.

Unlike the G Vista which comes with an autofocus camera, the Gx2 sports an 8-megapixel laser-focus rear snapper with LED flash, and 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It comes with an 8GB built-in storage which is expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD. Connectivity options included with the device are Bluetooth, Wifi, 3G, LTE-A, 4G, GPS, and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 3200mAh battery.

The LG Gx2 will be available in two colour variants - Titanium Black and White.
