A new successor to Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom has been the subject of rumours recently, and the leaked images of the device has appeared online. Baidu has published two images of what it claims to be the Samsung Galaxy K, a phone that has previously been rumoured as Samsung Galaxy S5 Zoom.

A launch event for the device that is believed to be the Galaxy K has been confirmed for April 29 in Singapore after an invite was circulated, but the device itself hasn't been confirmed. The images posted on Baidu suggest the successor will be slimmer and less chunky with a more sleek design than the previous. Silicon case is also spotted on the device in the leaked images, but that may be optional as we expected.

Previous rumours and leaks suggested that the device will comes with a 4.8-inch HD (1280x720) Super AMOLED display, and will be powered by a hexa-core Samsung Exynos chipset with 2GB of RAM. Additionally, the phone is said to have a 20-megapixel rear camera with 10x optical zoom and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, along with Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box. More details are expected to be revealed next week.
