Sony's First Android Walkman NW-Z1000

Sony Japan announced its latest Walkman NW-Z1000 which is powered by Android Gingerbread 2.3. The overall looks seems promising and so do the specs of this gadget. It is the first ever model from the Walkman series using the Google operating system. The player would be coming up in 16, 32 and 64 gig versions. Check out the specs for it below.

*. 4.3 inch (480 × 800) screen
*. Media player with a digital amplifier 'S-Master MX' (it improves the playback quality andnoise cancelling)

*. Bluetooth with A2DP, GPS, HDMI and DLNA which seamlessly connect for playback from compatible devices.
*. Dimensions: 134.4 × 70.9 × 11.1mm
*. Weighs 156 grams
*. 20 hours of music and 5 hours of video playback on a single charge.

The release date is 10th December, 2011 in Japan. Coming up in two colors red and blue.

16GB - 28,000 Yen ($ 365)
32GB - 33,000 Yen ($ 430)
64GB - 43,000 Yen ($ 560)

Sony's online store will be carrying a web only purple edition of the 64GB for 45,800 Yen ($ 600).
